A Level and BTEC Results Beaconsfield School August 2015

A Level and BTEC Results Beaconsfield School August 2015 – Highest percentage of A*-B grades ever for the school.

Congratulation to all the students who have received their A level and BTEC results today.  We are delighted for them as they worked so hard, they should be very proud of themselves and the results they have achieved.   A record number of students have gained the grades they need to go onto university and apprenticeships schemes.
The students have achieved the highest number of A*-B grades with 35% of all grades awarded at this level and 60% of all grades A*-C.  76% of all students gained at least a grade C or above in one of their subjects.

The students, parents and staff have worked extremely hard to achieve these results.  The over whelming majority of students who wanted to go onto university have gained the grades they needed to do so and to the institutions they wanted to study at.  Students are taking up courses ranging from Economics to Primary Education at a variety of institutions across the country.  Those students who are not going onto further education have already secured apprenticeships and other employment opportunities.  We wish them all well in the next stage of their life.
